Waiver Form Terms & Conditions
All participants must complete a waiver form prior to commencing or attending a program by Naked Truth Yoga Inc. All registrants who are under the age of 19, must have a parent or legal guardian complete their online waiver through DocuSign. The participant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of Naked Truth Yoga Inc. and acknowledges that these rules and regulations are subject to change. Furthermore, all participants release Naked Truth Yoga Inc., its owners, directors, lead trainers, and all employees from all liability regarding 1) any injury and/or 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

Registration & Purchase
Upon registration or purchase of goods/services from Naked Truth Yoga Inc. you must ensure that the details provided by you are complete and correct to the best of your knowledge.
All credit cards will be processed in Canadian dollars at the time of payment. Naked Truth Yoga Inc. is not responsible for any fees, exchange rates, or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or credit card companies.
Certain products, services or promotions may be available exclusively online through the website.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products and programs are subject to change without notice. Naked Truth Yoga Inc. reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If you have registered for a monthly payment plan/recurring payments you are legally bound to pay the balance/full fee, even if you have since quit your course. Cancellation of a payment plan is not cancellation of your liability to pay fees—you will be expected to pay fees in full. In cases of hardship, students are advised to contact [email protected]. Failure to pay fees/non-intention to pay fees is a breach of our terms of sale contract and will result in legal action being taken.
