Use of Personal Information
Naked Truth Yoga Inc. respects your privacy and pledges to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. Under no circumstances do we sell participants’ personal information to others. Naked Truth Yoga Inc. will only disclose your personal information when you give consent for us to do so. Please note that we will not share health information that may have been provided in connection with a program, program withdrawal, or request for a refund. With your consent, we may use certain information to provide you with information about Naked Truth Yoga Inc., it’s affiliates, and programming; this consent is optional and you may withdraw at any time.
Information collected by Naked Truth Yoga Inc. about its users is used internally and by authorized employees of Naked Truth Yoga Inc. for the following reasons: to process payment(s), for registration in your desired training program, to update you when required of any possible updates/changes in the planned services at Naked Truth Yoga Inc., and to determine the appropriate participation in the activities and services provided by Naked Truth Yoga Inc.
Zoom
Our virtual platform utilizes Zoom as one of its components. Students are required to have their camera on and may be required to speak when appropriate during Zoom classroom hours. By agreeing to our online privacy policy, you are consenting to the recording of the aforementioned Zoom classroom hours. The recordings are only available for use by employees and participants of the training. Recordings are not to be shared outside of our organization by staff or students.
Photo Release & Social Media Consent
By agreeing to the privacy policy, you are authorizing Naked Truth Yoga Inc., its representatives and employees to use and/or publish photographs or videos of you in print and/or electronically. Use of your image is freely given, without expectation of compensation with consent to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the photograph or video for the purpose of publicizing Naked Truth Yoga Inc.’s programs or for any other lawful purpose. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you are releasing Naked Truth Yoga Inc. and their respective employees from any and all liability which may arise from the use of photos or videos for any lawful purpose such as for publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
Internet Communication
Any unprotected email communication over the internet is, as with any communication via another medium (ie cell phones, post office mail, etc) not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.
